Breathe | Orthomolecular + Herbal Chest Rub
I created this chest rub that mixes the ancestral wisdom of herbs, aromatherapy, and orthomolecular powerhouse vitamins.
The beginnings of this cream starts with infusing garlic, peppermint leaf, and eucalyptus leaf into jojoba oil over 5 weeks. After that I whip it into a tallow and shea cream, add the vitamins and essential oils. Using essential oils to the appropriate dilution ratios is very important to me. I followed Young Living’s dilution recommendation guidelines so that this cream is safe for babies to adults. However, I would always encourage you to check with your practitioner and monitor your child’s tolerance levels. The infused garlic may irritate very tender and sensitive skin. If so, I would suggest hand diluting this cream with coconut oil, tallow, or shea butter.
APPLICATION SUGGESTIONS:

Bottom of the feet

Product Ingredients:
First off, what makes the difference with apothecary balms is the quality of your ingredients! From my research, each ingredient I use is the best quality. Because I have used this primarily for my family and not for resale sourcing ingredients well that don’t compromise our skin is really important! Also none of my ingredients have ever touched plastic. All of my batches of cream are made in small batches over low and slow heat to preserve the integrity of the ingredients.
