We currently ship to the United States and Canada. However, if you have a special request you can email us to see if we can get you your order in another country!

• HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, with the exception of high volume times.

Absolutely! If you aren’t satisfied with your order just email us and let us know. We will make it right. • WHAT IS THE BEST WAY FOR ME TO KEEP UP WITH PRODUCT RESTOCKS?

The best way to keep up with product restocks is to follow our Instagram stories at @RCAskincare or to check our website.

• WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF RCA SKINCARE PRODUCTS?

Conservatively, I say one year. However, I have had many products last much longer then that if they are cared for well. I use shelf stable natural ingredients without preservatives.

• HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS?

Keep the lid on when not using the products to avoid oxidation. Keep the product in a neutral environment. Try and avoid hot cars or moisture filled bathrooms (cabinets or drawers inside the bathroom is okay).
